Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
The internet fails to connect or the server refuses to connect. An error which says "error in dial-up networking" appears. What is wrong?
Error messages rarely indicate actually what is wrong. Make sure you are typing your username or password correctly. Your username should be all lowercase letters and does not include the @allcom.net. Your password can be made up of both upper and lowercase letters.
